The amount of College fees will vary depending on which Year level a child is in and comprises of several fees and levies.
The Diocesan Tuition Fee is set by the Catholic Diocese of Cairns. It is charged to assist with the costs of providing tuition by quality teachers.
The College Resource Levy covers costs of items required by students to attend and participate in classes, and in student activities.
The P&F Levy supports parent initiatives and funds / subsidises other College functions and activities. The amount is set by the Family Connect Committee.
The Building Levy funds the capital and maintenance costs of our buildings and facilities.
The Laptop Hire Levy will apply to half our cohort from 2025, being the Year 7’s, Year 8’s and Year 10’s, which is in place for the period of their three-year hire agreements. This is a phased rollout, issuing new Laptops to each Yr 7 and Yr 10 cohort each year.
Discounts are available where more than one child attends Catholic schools in the Cairns Diocese. The greater the number of children attending, the greater the discount percentages apply. Discounts are also available to holders of certain categories of Health Care and Pensioner Concession cards. Families experiencing genuine financial difficulties can apply for Financial Assistance from the College.
