Parent Portal
The Parent Portal will be retired on June 30, 2026 and replaced with the MyCE App. It is designed to make it easier for families to stay connected and informed.
The MyCE App will be our main channel for all student information including academic reports, permission slips, absence lodgement, news and reminders, calendar events and more. We encourage all parents to login and take a look around. Download MyCE Mobile App and login today, using the same login information as the parent portal.
The MyCE App provides convenient access to:
- College news and announcements
- Permission slips and authorisations
- Staff contact details
- Forms and important documents
- General College information
Student Portal
The St Mary's Student Portal provide students with access to important College and student-specific information. Students can view their timetables and the College Calendar, access school related apps, access their recent documents and much more.
Access to the Student Portal is exclusive to enrolled students and requires login credentials. Upon enrolment, login details for the Student Portal are automatically generated using the students Catholic Education email address.
